animago AWARD Strengthens Its Reputation as an International Competition

The animago AWARD is becoming increasingly international. Until July 31, artists from around the world can still submit entries to Europe’s most important animation prize. A look at the participants so far shows that the animago AWARD is strengthening its reputation as an international competition.

This year, several hundred participants from 34 countries have submitted their entries. The main focus is Europe and the USA, but participants from Israel, Malaysia, Syria, South Africa and Iran also want to compete with the best in their industry.

More than 14,000 entries, ranging from animation for film and television, commercials, short films and industrial productions to ambitious home productions, have entered animago for comparison to date. The animago AWARD has now been presented for 13 consecutive years.

Artists can still register and submit their entries through the website http://www.animago.com until July 31. Participation is open to everyone and free of charge.
