On February 12, 2010, Dr Christoph Runde, Managing Director Technology at Virtual Dimension Center Fellbach, will illustrate trends and topics in augmented and virtual reality for industry in a selected panel of speakers. Together with five other discussion partners, he will be available to the media for specialist questions and will provide an outlook on Digital Factory, which takes place from April 19 – 23 as part of Hannover Messe.
“Virtual and augmented reality applications are becoming increasingly important for the entire value chain,” Runde knows. “Visualisation is relevant for many company departments such as development, marketing or employee training – including in medium-sized companies -.” VDC Fellbach is represented by the “VDC Lounge” at the joint “Visualisation” stand. Visitors can obtain information there and be directed to the various subtopics.
“We are delighted to be able to support Hannover Messe with our know-how this year. The trade fair provides an opportunity to make the subject of visualisation accessible above all to SMEs and thereby initiate innovations for greater competitiveness,” says Runde. VDC Fellbach is primarily providing conceptual support for Digital Factory 2010. Ahead of the trade fair, a so-called interactive “webinar” (more at http://www.maschinenmarkt.vogel.de) will take place on February 4 together with Sebastian Grimm of ICIDO, examining the topic “Digital Factory – Visualisation” in greater detail.
