The Short Film Accompanying Disney/Pixar’s New Cinema Adventure Toy Story 3: ‘Day & Night’

The Disney/Pixar hit factory is known not only for its unique animated feature films. Fans worldwide also look forward each year in particular to the ‘shortie’, the short film traditionally shown before each of the ten Pixar hits.

After the short film “Partly Cloudy”, which ran before last year’s cinema hit “Up”, sufficiently clarified the question of who actually delivers the babies, the Pixar creatives from Emeryville now confront us with the difficult question: “What actually happens when day and night meet?” – with an illuminating answer!

When sunny Day meets the dark stranger Night for the first time, sparks fly! Day and Night are unsettled and eye one another suspiciously. They immediately get off on the wrong foot. But as they get to know each other better and recognise one another’s unique qualities, they discover that they simply have different views of one and the same world. Their friendship opens up an entirely new perspective for Day and Night…

Together with Cowboy Woody, Space Ranger Buzz Lightyear and their toy gang from Disney/Pixar’s new animated fun “Toy Story 3”, look forward to the quirky short film “Day & Night” – naturally also in Disney Digital 3D.
