DP Intensive Seminar: “Concept, Costing and Planning of VFX”

Using production examples, the seminar provides an overview of planning, cost estimation and management of VFX. It is aimed at production staff and artists who are interested in VFX and want to expand their knowledge.

Speaker Sacha Bertram (idagrove – The Supervision Company, http://www.supervision-company.com) has been one of Germany’s best-known freelance VFX supervisors for many years and works for companies such as Scanline, Elektrofilm and Liga01. One of his latest projects was VFX supervision on the set of Milka’s 2009 Christmas commercial “Sleigh Race”. In addition to his practical work, he is also an author, lecturer at various film schools and developer of the VFX management software “mathilda”.
