ISIS technology, used by more than 700 media companies, is designed to store quantities of material – editing files, rendering output and similar data. The easier this storage is to manage, the more resources remain available for the actual creative work. ISIS 5000 is designed for a maximum of 40 clients, can be networked with other units and qualifies for any end-to-end workflow.
According to Avid, the ISIS file system is intended to provide real-time performance even when several users access the system simultaneously. Editing systems from Avid and Final Cut are already integrated, and the overall package can even be scaled during operation.
The Avid ISIS 5000 is already available in a switch configuration with 32 TB or 64 TB, or a Direct Connect configuration with 32 TB. Prices on request.
