Avid announced the appointment of S.E.A. Vertrieb & Consulting GmbH as the new VENUE distribution partner for Germany. With immediate effect, the Emsbüren-based pro-audio company takes over distribution of the American manufacturer’s innovative VENUE D-Show, VENUE Profile, VENUE Mix Rack and VENUE SC48 live systems.

The latest VENUE innovations in Pro Tools integration, VENUE 2.9 software and the launch of the VENUE MADI card demonstrate Avid’s commitment to advancing the art of live mixing and recording. By automatically creating Pro Tools sessions with track names and channel designations from existing VENUE shows, as well as synchronising VENUE snapshots with Pro Tools markers, VENUE 2.9 software already ensures absolute compatibility at every point and will open up further fantastic possibilities in this area in future.
