The Golaem Crowd software is intended to make it possible to simulate large crowds easily and in a time-saving manner. The current update adds several features to the existing capabilities.
V-Ray rendering software is now supported by the crowd-simulation program, allowing vrscene files to be generated for the characters. The open-source Partio library from Disney for particle formats is now also supported. Waypoint navigation is new as well; it is intended to allow the characters to be navigated along a route defined through a waypoint list.
