The Oregon company had been working on BulletProof for a long time. The software is now available and is intended to close the workflow gap between cinematographer and editor.

BulletProof is a useful workflow tool, a footage-preparation solution that, roughly speaking, transports clips from the set to the editor’s NLE. It does so with all the important information, complete with notes, keywords, changed contrasts and, of course, a backup.

BulletProof is available for 199 US dollars on the manufacturer’s website, as a standalone solution or as part of the new Shooter Suite together with PluralEyes. Looks, Colorista and other colour-correction tools are available in the Color Suite.
