Of course, you can also get feedback by finding appropriate groups on LinkedIn, for example, and publishing your reel there. But Reeview.it specifically advertises that only professionals at leading studios will take a close look at the reel.
At the moment, twelve artists are available on the website, covering Animation, Cloth, Design, Effects, Generalist, Hair, Layout, Lighting, Materials, Modeling, Previs, Rendering, Rigging, Sculpting, and the popular "Other" category. The languages currently offered are English, French, Hebrew, Italian, Polish, Romanian, and Spanish.
The service costs a hefty 99 US dollars.
