The suite includes version 1.2 of the standalone app Bulletproof, which can be used for footage backup and review on set. The package also includes Pluraleyes 3.5 for audio and video synchronization without timecodes, Instant 4K for upscaling material to 4K or other high-res resolutions, Frames 1.1 for deinterlacing, and Lut Buddy for importing and exporting lookup tables.

Newly added by Red Giant with this release is Denoiser II, which can be used to reduce noise in material quickly and easily.

Version 3.5 of Pluraleyes is the current update of the tool; additions include expanded media support, greater accuracy, and drift correction – a feature that Red Giant says is unique. During long clip recordings, the camera can lose sync with the audio recorders; Pluraleyes prevents this.

Overall, the new 12.5 release offers better integration options, a broader spectrum of camera and format support, and a faster and more accurate workflow, so that footage gets from the set into post-production more quickly.

Shooter Suite 12.5 is available for 399 US dollars; users who already own version 12 can upgrade for 99 US dollars. Of course, Pluraleyes can also be purchased separately: version 3.5 is available for 199 US dollars, while Instant 4 K or Denoiser II cost 99 US dollars each on their own.
