New features for Adobe After Effects from the update include a new user interface, Color Management for Dynamic Links and many bug fixes.
In addition, collaboration between Maxon’s Cinema 4D and After Effects has been further improved and the Cineware plug-in in version 2.0 has been added, allowing After Effects to work with Cinema 4D with improved layer support for 3D elements. Through the update, After Effects CC owners can now also use Cinema 4D Lite R16.
To help AE users collaborate better, Adobe has also optimised Adobe Anywhere: users can now streamline the creative process without worrying about which .AEP file is being sent. Adobe Anywhere and the Memory Allocation Map track the data that is used and save it independently.
