Motiva is available as a version for 3ds Max 2012-2013-2014 in 32 and 64 bit and V-Ray version 2.40.04, as well as for 3ds Max 2012-2013-2014-2015 in 64 bit and V-Ray 3.10.03. Both Motiva variants can be downloaded here.
