RebusFarm 2.0 Is Out

RebusFarm has released version 2.0 of its software for the online rendering service. Monitoring of render jobs is now intended to run in real time.

The new RebusFarm 2.0 software consists of three components: RebusDrop can be used to upload and download user data. The Farminizer plug-in makes it easier to send error-corrected render jobs, and ControlCenter allows jobs to be monitored via any browser and thus on any end device.

New Features

New features in version 2.0 include an improved workflow through faster upload and download speeds. Secure file transfer is guaranteed via SFTP and added firewall compatibility. Users can now also edit and export online jobs while other files are still being uploaded or downloaded. 

Local software updates also no longer take place, but run automatically in the background. The "Economy, Business, Premium" priorities can now be changed before the jobs are started or, via ControlCenter, even during rendering.

You can download the RebusFarm 2.0 software for Windows and Mac OSX here. RebusFarm supports 3ds Max, May, Cinema 4D, Softimage, Maxwell, Modo, Lightwave, Blender, Indigo, VRay and Arnold.
