For a monthly fee of 30 US dollars, you receive "Awesome" support, which can be upgraded to "Super Awesome" support for an additional 20 US dollars per month. "Awesome" customers receive access to email, online and community support, while "Super Awesome" customers also have the opportunity to ask questions via video conferences and receive direct contact with the support developers.
The new monthly pricing models will be combined with the next major release of Shotgun, which is planned for April. Then Tweak’s RV image and sequence player will also be part of the review and tracking software. We have already reported here on the upcoming integration of the RV Media Player from Tweak Software into Shotgun.
The new prices will also apply to already existing Shotgun subscription customers.
