Carbon Scatter 2015.5 on the Market

New version of the landscape plug-in that is compatible with 3ds Max, Maya and Cinema 4D.

Carbon Scatter can be used to create complex and detail-rich landscapes and biotopes digitally. Billions of polygons can be rendered through fast instancing, and any renderer can be integrated, including GPU path tracers such as Octane or V-RayRT. E-on Software has now released the new version.

These are the new features in Carbon Scatter 2015.5:

  • Realistic animation models for wind
  • Edit and animate new plant species in PlantFactory (only from Version 2015.2)
  • Create new species and save them in the Carbon Scatter Library
  • A large amount of data can now be handled much more easily
  • Large preview function for items as well as immediate resizing options
  • Fast processing of large amounts of data
  • Intuitive search function
  • Collections divided into tabs or hierarchical folders
  • Create and mark favourites including a Favourites tab

Anyone already using Carbon Scatter 2015 can download the new version free of charge from their E-on account. The tool is compatible with 3ds Max, Cinema 4D and Maya/V-Ray and is supported by Windows and Mac OS X. The Pro version costs 295 US dollars; other licence forms are available.
