Zimmerle will talk about the “Yellow Jacket” showcase sequence from “Ant-Man,” in which villain Darren Cross promotes his new super suit, and show an exclusive behind-the-scenes breakdown.

Since no breakdowns from the Marvel film may yet be published online, we will get you in the mood for the presentation with this behind-the-scenes video from Sky Movies. You will see how uncomfortable it must have been for Paul Rudd to put on the “Ant-Man” helmet, as well as interviews with director Peyton Reed and leading actor Paul Rudd and the film set at Pinewood Studios.

But Trixter is also a nominee in the “Best Postproduction” category at the animago AWARD; on October 15 the team will enter the race for an animago trophy with its VFX work on “Avengers: Age of Ultron – Ultron MK1 and the party fight scene.” And the competition is fierce: Scanline VFX would also like to take home the prize for its work on “Big Game,” as would ILP for “Crossbones,” PostPanic Pictures for “Sundays” and Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg for “Jagon.”

Tickets are still available for this year’s animago: It costs 48 euros for students, while the normal, non-discounted two-day ticket costs 98 euros. Various group tickets are also available from 83 euros. All tickets can be ordered online here. We look forward to seeing you there on October 15 and 16 at the Metropolis Halle in Potsdam-Babelsberg!
