Users can use it to convert from NVIDIA GForce and QUADRO to HEVC H.265 really quickly. The P module developed by Cinemartin (the Paralelism module designed for NVIDIA graphics cards) can perform 4K encodings at twice real-time speed and at seven times the speed for FullHD 1080P (1920×1080) resolution. Under some conditions, the encoding speed is therefore 100 times faster than CPU-based solutions.

Cinemartin HEVC H.265 NVIDIA is available as a software licence which, according to the manufacturer, delivers twice as much performance as competitors’ hardware systems. The prerequisite: Customers must have an NVIDIA Maxwell 2nd Generation Card.

More information, videos and demos for the new module are expected to be available during the course of the year. With the launch date, Cinec4.5 will also come onto the market with new improvements and features.
