Some features developed by Maxon do not make it into the new official release of Cinema 4D despite their usefulness. So that users of the 3D program can nevertheless gain access to the tools, there is now Maxon Labs.
Current Status & Access to Maxon Labs
Four tools are currently available there (Extrudifier, Coons Patch, Team Render HTTPS and Team Render Notifier); more will be added continuously in the future. They can be downloaded free of charge and rated by users. Maxon collects the feedback to improve the feature further or to find out how useful it is at all. So, dear C4D users: off to the Maxon lab!
