Perhaps unbelievable at first, Epic Games has now proven for the third month in a row that they are serious. For the first time in November, a range of free assets and props provided by different artists could be found on the Marketplace. Whether 3D objects, animations or plug-ins… There is something from every niche and it can be found in the company’s own store for all UE4 users.
This Month Includes, Among Other Things…
- … an autumnal audio bundle
- … interactive open-world vegetation
- … a stylised desert environment
- … Interactive animals (rabbit, rat and SQUIRREL!)

Licence & Use
For anyone wondering whether the content from the Marketplace may also be used for all commercial projects, short answer – yes, with a few exceptions:
- Of course, the content may not be resold. All Marketplace products that were not created by Epic Games can, however, also be used in other engines. Please note that products purchased on the Marketplace cannot be sold back to the Marketplace even after modification.
- You can also share Marketplace products with the team, but only for the limited purpose of the project being developed jointly. Content pooling or sharing products between developers outside your organisation is prohibited.
