Reallusion and Replica Studios released AI Voice Actor, a free plugin connecting Replica’s AI voice-generation system with the iClone animation toolkit.
Starting from a written script, the plugin could generate a voice performance and drive facial animation. Artists could choose emotional states such as happy, sad or angry to influence the resulting expressions.
The plugin was built on the AccuLips system introduced with iClone 7.9 and initially offered more than 30 English-language AI voices.
