In brief: This multi-part tutorial series introduced the first steps in U-Render using a compact dragon scene as its project template.
Curriculum: The series comprised seven lessons plus a concluding eighth video, with running times from roughly five to almost 30 minutes. Topics included lighting, materials, post-processing effects, cameras, final rendering, multipass output and volumetrics. The first lesson focused on global light, environment maps, ambient light and lighting presets.
Project files: The accompanying files were available from the U-Render downloads page. At publication, they required Cinema 4D R19 or later. Digital Production’s earlier U-Render 2021.9 report provides additional historical context.
