They are exclusively cards from the Quadro series with professional OpenGL acceleration.
The flagship is the Quadro FX 5500 with 1 GByte of GDDR2 RAM, which will also be available in combination with an SDI output board. The bundle is then called Quadro FX 5500 SDI and can output all resolutions up to HSDL via SDI. In terms of memory equipment, Nvidia is thus drawing level with ATI, whose new flagship FireGL V7350 is equipped in the same way (see test in DP 03:06, page 84). The second most powerful new card is the Quadro FX 4500 X2. Both are expected to come to market in June. Nvidia has not yet given prices.
Below the ultra-high-end segment, the manufacturer offers five additional new Quadro cards whose performance ranges from low-end to high-end. The list provides an overview of the prices announced at the trade fair. As always, the following applies: the higher the model number, the higher the performance.
- Quadro FX 3500: 1500 US dollars

- Quadro FX 560: 299 US dollars
- Quadro FX 550: 299 US dollars
- Quadro FX 350: 249 US dollars
