The software is aimed at professional users in content production, such as animation and compositing. In doing so, Toon Boom Digital Pro offers a wealth of functions and technologies such as palette management, lip synchronization, Morphing and Inverse Kinematics are intended to support creative work.
As further features, the Swedish company lists, among other things, an integrated asset library and workflow as well as true 3D space and a real-time Vector Engine.
Toon boom Digital Pro will be released in three different versions: as a Commercial or Education Edition and as PLT.
The software is available as a download through the Toon Boom website and costs around 3000 US dollars.
