To mark the occasion, Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Ultimate Edition is being released with all the content from the award-winning Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3. The game also takes full advantage of the storage capacity offered by Blu-ray Disc. With a variety of bonus content, Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Ultimate Edition offers a rich experience for PS3 players.
“Our team was tasked with making the real-time strategy genre accessible to console players, and we are excited to finally introduce Command & Conquer to PS3 owners,” said David Seeholzer, Development Director at EA Los Angeles. “The PS3 is a very powerful platform, and the additional development time available to us helped us create the ultimate real-time strategy experience for the console—with better graphics, improved performance, a variety of extras and some nice features that cannot be found in any other version of Red Alert 3.”
Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 combines the offbeat humor and fast, fluid gameplay for which the series is known with new real-time strategy innovations—such as a fully cooperative, story-driven campaign mode and a greater emphasis on naval warfare. PlayStation 3 players can intuitively control the action-packed gameplay typical of C&C using the Command Stick 2.0 interface. Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Ultimate Edition also includes a wealth of bonus content, such as:
· Five new multiplayer maps
· Behind-the-scenes videos and trailers for the documentaries “Raising the Iron Curtain,” “From Pens to Pixels,” “The Girls of Red Alert 3,” bloopers and outtakes, the Red Alert 3 remix and more!
· PS3-exclusive Command & Conquer TV programs, including a PS3-tailored BattleCast PrimeTime and a special edition of Command School featuring numerous tips, tricks and strategies from the development team

And it would not be a Red Alert game without live-action cutscenes featuring the largest star-studded cast ever assembled for a video game: Gemma Atkinson, Gina Carano, Randy Couture, Tim Curry, Kelly Hu, Jenny McCarthy, Jonathan Pryce, Autumn Reeser, J.K. Simmons, Peter Stormare, George Takei and a guest appearance by David Hasselhoff.
