ASCON and IBS-CAD-Coaching are providing training programs for KOMPAS professional CAD tools in Germany. Industrial users, independent designers, educational institutions and students can gain practical experience in parametric 3D modeling, 2D drafting and design. The program offers a three-day basic seminar and a three-day advanced seminar.
The training is intended for existing users and people considering 3D software. The first seminar took place from January 21 to 23. Participants in the presales training covered 3D modeling and parametrization, assembly and manufacturing-drawing creation, sheet-metal modeling and other mechanical CAD functions in KOMPAS-3D. Afterward, participants could continue practical work using temporary professional KOMPAS-3D licenses supplied free for study or commercial use for up to one year.
