Augmented reality or “extended reality” is a technology for which good and meaningful 3D design is of great importance. On the other hand, the innovative interface is also creating new fields of activity and business for creative professionals.
Jan Schlink and Oliver Gerl of metaio want to provide an overview and outlook on current and future Augemnted Reality scenarios. Alongside best-practice examples, the subjects of workflow and data preparation for positionally correct real-time visualisation will also be addressed.
