26th Hamburg International Short Film Festival

From June 1 to 7, around 300 short films from all over the world will be shown in the various competitions and special programmes.

In addition to short films in cinemas, the festival offers further activities and events such as two open-air screenings on a parking deck, a tour through the St. Georg district with mobile projectors, various workshops and seminars for filmmakers, and the legendary party nights in the festival club.

The 12th Mo&Friese Children’s Short Film Festival will take place at the same time.

Each year, around 200 films are shown in the competitions of the Hamburg International Short Film Festival, in which prizes with a total value of EUR 15,000 are awarded. The winners of the various jury and audience awards will be announced during the awards ceremony.
