The parent company Digital Domain Media Group (DDMG) also intends to sell parts of the company in order to preserve its core VFX film business. As DDMG announced yesterday, operations are nevertheless to continue without interruption. To pay ongoing costs such as wages or service-provider fees, DDMG has initially applied for 20 million US dollars.
