Last year, more than 1,000 entries from around 60 different countries were submitted to the animago AWARD competition. Since unfortunately only a few can be nominated and only one still receives the animago trophy (in 2015 it was “On the Tramp” by Manuel Peter), we show further entries on our website and present selected making-ofs in every new DP issue.
This year it is also very interesting for architects to take part in the animago AWARD: because in cooperation with the trade magazine Detail, there will be a category with a special architecture prize this year. A jury consisting of Detail editors and architects will select the best production in the field of architectural visualisation and award the winner the animago trophy on October 27. The jury assesses the design, project concept and overall composition of the submitted entries.
In the third part of the animago AWARD still gallery from 2015, therefore: architectural visualisations from around the world. You will find the title, the artist’s name, the tools used and the country from which the still originates in the caption when you click the image to enlarge it:
So be part of the animago AWARD 2016 and submit your work. We are celebrating the 20th birthday of the DP event for the first time in Munich at the Gasteig. All information about participating and about the animago CONFERENCE is here: www.animago.com
