What Is Cycles 4D?

As the name already reveals, this is the Cycles Renderer from the Blender Foundation for Cinema 4D. Cycles 4D is a plug-in that also makes the unbiased renderer accessible to Cinema 4D users. The developers, Insydium, are also responsible for the particle system x-Particles.

Main Features

  • Nodes: The material system works with nodes and is oriented toward Cinema 4D’s material system in its range of functions.
  • X-Particles: The renderer supports the X-Particles plug-in
  • CPU or GPU: You can choose what you want to render with, with real-time editing.
  • Further features include SSS, motion blur, volume rendering, depth of field and more.
