At present, there are free HDRs with usable licences available to download everywhere. Only recently, HDRi Haven became a CC0 platform. Now Philip Modin has also released a new online library called HDR Vault. Some time ago, the artist already offered twelve free HDRs from Gumroad. The new HDR library now contains more than 44 free HDRs.
Details and Licence
All maps are in EXR format with a resolution of 14 megapixels. In total, the HDRs come to 1.8 GB. You can use the environment maps free of charge for all private and commercial projects – all are licensed under CC0. Anyone who wishes can still support the artist on Patreon or Gumroad.
