More Rendering Functions for Bifröst

Bifröst, the simulation tool for fluids, benefits above all from Maya 2018.2. You can now render simulations as surfaces, points or volumes. There are also different render types for fluid surfaces, foam or spray mist. In the new update, it is also possible to render only selected areas of a simulation. Autodesk also improved .fbx export. Problems caused by animation curves with long tangents are thus avoided.

The 3D software for animation, modeling and simulation costs 1,904 euros as an annual license for a single user. You can also subscribe to Maya monthly for 238 euros. You can find further information on the Autodesk Maya homepage.
