From version 16.5 and higher (older ones are unfortunately not supported), ProSequencer gives Houdini an After Effects-style timeline that can be used as a camera sequencer or generally as a sequencer to tweak timing more precisely overall.
The plug-in is available under the motto “Pay as much as you want.” In other words: any amount must be paid in order to then receive the plug-in as a download.
