As part of the Maya and Flame 2020 updates, Autodesk has also moved Mudbox to the next version. Mudbox 2020 now provides the option to exchange assets with the VFX, compositing and finishing tool Flame. The new “Send to” feature is, however, the only new addition in this update. Apart from that, Autodesk has only two bug fixes to offer this time (marked for Mac only). The previous 2019.1 release already suggested that development of new features had largely been discontinued. It remains to be seen what will now happen to the sculpting tool.
