Autodesk: Price Increase for Multi-User Licence

Price increases of up to 33% for multi-user licences at Autodesk – a good start to the new year.

Alongside the two software tools 3ds Max and Maya, the Media Entertainment Collection, among others, is also affected.

What Changes with the Price Increase?

According to posts from several Autodesk resellers, the company is increasing the cost of new Multi User subscriptions from 7 and 15 February 2020. New selling prices (suggested retail prices) will increase:

  • by ~33% for Collections such as the Media Entertainment Collection
  • by ~14% for individual tools such as 3ds Max and Maya

Existing licences are not affected by the change, and there is also no impact on Single User subscriptions.
