Epic Games acquires ArtStation

Epic Games acquired the portfolio platform ArtStation together with its parent company, Ballistiq.

ArtStation was expected to continue operating as an independent platform, including content unrelated to Unreal Engine. Following the acquisition, marketplace seller fees were permanently reduced, while ArtStation Learning content was made free for the remainder of 2021.
