Nvidia announced enterprise pricing for Omniverse, its collaborative platform for 3D production. CEO Jensen Huang had described the system as “Google Docs for 3D designers.”

The enterprise offer was priced at US$1,800 annually, with Nucleus Server tiers cited at US$25,000 for up to 25 users and US$250,000 for 500 or more users. Nucleus stored the shared project database used by collaborating artists.

Nvidia said Omniverse would remain free for individuals. Connector plugins for Houdini and Blender were planned, joining support for 3ds Max, Maya, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp and Unreal Engine.
