PNY Technologies GmbH – the German subsidiary of the US company of the same name is expanding its rich portfolio of consumer graphics cards with the new high-end graphics cards based on the GeForce FX GPUs. With PNY Verto FX 5900 Ultra, Verto FX 5900 and Verto FX 5600 Ultra, three boards will soon be available that display cinema-like 3D worlds on desktop PCs and convince both 3D enthusiasts and power gamers through excellent image quality and superior performance. The Verto FX 5600 Ultra is based on a completely new design because the new flip-chip technology is used, which offers several innovative advantages. These include better heat dissipation, higher frequencies, very good electrical characteristics, a small space requirement and suitability for the highest pin counts.
Gaming freaks can now play at the highest resolution with the best image quality using the new PNY Verto graphics cards and, thanks to support for DirectX 9.0 and OpenGL functions, are ideally equipped to enjoy both existing and upcoming DirectX 9.0 titles with fascinating graphics and lavish textures at the highest quality. PNY products are offered through specialist retailers and retail chains as well as distributors and online providers.
The new PNY GeForce FX solutions:
- Verto FX 5900 Ultra is synonymous with the highest performance and has 450MHz Core Clock Speed, 256MB DDR memory with 850MHz data rate, VGA, DVI-I and VIVO (Video-In/Video-Out) outputs. The new UltraShadow(tm) technology extends performance so that the hottest games with complex shadows run in incomparable cinematic quality. The recommended end-customer price (incl. 16% VAT) is 599,- euros.
- Verto FX 5900 comes with 128MB DDR memory with 850MHZ data rate, 400MHz Core Clock Speed and VGA, DVI-I and S-Video outputs. The recommended end-customer price (incl. 16% VAT) is 399,- euros
Verto FX 5600 Ultra has 128MB DDR Memory at 800MHz data rate, 400MHz Core Clock Speed and VGA + DVI-I + S-Video outputs. The recommended end-customer price (incl. 16% VAT) is 249,- euros.
