NVIDIA Releases New Detonator FX Drivers

Version 45.23 of the Unified Driver Architecture approved by FutureMark for 3DMark03

NVIDIA, the market leader in Visual Processing solutions, announces the immediate availability of NVIDIA Detonator(tm) FX Release 45.23 for the multiple award-winning GPUs (Graphics Processing Units) for desktop and mobile PCs as well as workstations. NVIDIA Detonator FX Release 45.23 is the driver recommended by FutureMark for obtaining accurate 3DMark03 results.

The new driver can be downloaded free of charge from http://www.nvidia.de/page/windows_driver_downloads.html. The new Detonator FX driver offers significant performance increases, higher image quality and an innovative user interface to expand and enhance the graphical experience. Detonator FX provides good performance in real-world game benchmarks and works with all members of the NVIDIA graphics family, including GeForce FX, the consumer GPUs, the nForce(tm) platform processors and the professional Quadro GPUs for workstations.

Detonator FX Release 45.23 supports OpenGL as well as the Microsoft DirectX API and thereby allows developers to create content that fully uses all hardware functions of NVIDIA GPUs.
