The new Fujitsu Siemens Amilo notebooks use NVIDIA graphics processors to provide performance for Windows Vista, DirectX 10 games, and popular 3D applications including Adobe Acrobat, Google Picasa, and Microsoft Maps. NVIDIA GPUs with PureVideo HD technology also support playback of high-definition films directly on the mobile PC.

The Amilo Xa 2528 is available from €999 to €1,499. Its configuration includes AMD Turion 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile Technology, a 17-inch WXGA+ TFT display with a resolution of 1,440 × 900 pixels and BrilliantView technology, Windows Vista Home Premium, an integrated webcam, and a microphone.
