From mid-June 2008, BenQ will offer two displays in a new office size: the 21.6-inch G2110W and G2110WA. Both piano-black models belong to the 22-inch class and round out the G-series widescreen portfolio. Their specifications and elegant design make them suitable for offices, homes, entertainment applications and the SOHO market. Both offer WSXGA+ resolution (1,680 × 1,050), a 2,500:1 contrast ratio, 5 ms response time, Senseye®+Photo technology and Windows Vista certification. Recommended retail prices including VAT are €229 for the G2110W and €219 for the G2110WA.
With 16.7 million colors, the widescreen displays deliver excellent image reproduction, enhanced by BenQ’s Senseye®+Photo technology. Its additional sRGB mode precisely matches color temperature and gamma to the sRGB color space for consistent reproduction across peripherals such as digital cameras and printers. Brightness of 300 cd/m² and a dynamic contrast ratio of 2,500:1 provide sharp images in any lighting, while the backlight automatically adapts to image content.
The widescreen format also provides more active image and workspace, allowing toolbars, Word documents, Excel sheets and graphics to be displayed side by side.
The G2110W carries the Windows Vista Premium logo and includes Sub-D and digital DVI-D connections with HDCP support for HD video. The G2110WA has an analog connection and Windows Vista Basic certification.
