In the historical fighting game, due for release at the end of the year, Gladiator fans and enthusiasts of high-end mobile games can throw themselves into adrenaline-fueled combat and fight their way toward the final battle in the Colosseum.
Based on the original Paramount film license, FISHLABS brings the historical, monumental realm of Gladiator directly to all high-end Java and BREW mobile phones. The exceptionally high-quality adaptation of the blockbuster provides a console-like experience and enables free, breathtaking combat in 3D arenas. A 2D version has been developed for less powerful devices.
The film’s nine original characters have individual strengths and weaknesses and fight their way toward the final battle in the Colosseum using a wide variety of attacks, techniques and evasive moves. Intuitive controls introduce newcomers to mobile games to complex attack combinations, giving them a genuine chance to force opponents into the sand and survive increasingly difficult battles to the end. Numerous game modes, including Career, Survival and head-to-head games via Bluetooth, make Gladiator an overwhelming and compelling challenge lasting many hours.
Gladiator will be distributed worldwide by FISHLABS through partners and directly by Paramount through its own channels.
