A small plant that the female robot EVE brings back from Earth inside her drone body presents the captain of the luxury space liner Axiom with a difficult task: only with its help can the people aboard return to Earth, but an invisible enemy sabotages every rescue attempt…
Who could possibly free the captain from this predicament? Markus Maria Profitlich—at least as his voice actor in the German theatrical version of the new Disney/Pixar adventure WALL•E. The popular comedian, whose new show “Mannsbilder” begins on Sat.1 in autumn, already took heroic flights as the voice of Mr. Incredible in Disney/Pixar’s hit THE INCREDIBLES (2005) and father Buck Cluck in Disney’s CGI adventure CHICKEN LITTLE (2006). Now he lends his voice to the captain, who must rise above himself aboard the Axiom.
