Canon C300 Is Shipping

Now the time has come: Canon’s new camera, the C300, is officially scheduled to ship at the end of January. Is Canon taking advantage of the favorable timing of the dispute between ARRI and RED?

The Canon C300 can be preordered now, and it is then intended to arrive at home at the end of January. The body of the 4K C300 camera is available for around 16,000 dollars. The C300 is intended to compete with RED cameras, making it all the better for Canon if RED is currently concentrating on ARRI in court. 

At 16,000 dollars, the Canon C300 is somewhat more expensive than the competition in comparison with JVC’s new 4K camcorder and the RED Scarlett. We have already reported here in detail on its range of functions
