After developing several workflow plugins, former Quixel and Epic content lead Adnan Chaumette announced PolygonFlow. The project aimed to redesign how artists create, deploy and maintain tools across Blender, Unreal Engine, Maya and other DCC applications.

GraphN visual programming

GraphN was described as a visual programming environment for artists and technical artists. It exposed script-pipeline concepts through connected nodes, with early examples showing Iterator, Selection, Compute, Operator, Polygon and Transform operations.

Metanote as a shared library

Metanote was planned as a library that could connect reusable operations to preferred 3D software and game engines. Examples included UV unwrapping, mesh optimisation, retopology, export and custom tools built in GraphN.

The project was still in early development, with public demonstrations initially expected in 2021. Scope and pricing were not known at publication, and the contemporary recruitment note is no longer current. Test present-day releases against required DCC versions before production use.
