2D and 3D generalist Alexey Yakovlev released Post-USSR Builder for Blender as a free procedural building tool.
The add-on generated apartment blocks inspired by post-Soviet architecture. Artists could adjust a building’s size, height and width, and customise elements including windows, balconies and gutters.
Post-USSR Builder supported Blender 2.93 and later.
