FISHLABS, one of the leading developers of premium 3D mobile phone games, was honoured with the German Developer Award 2007 in the “Best Mobile Game” category. As the only 3D mobile phone game, the action role-playing game Blades & Magic was able to convince the jury, consisting of nearly 30 industry experts, and prevailed over the competition. The German Developer Award is presented annually at Essen’s Lichtburg to national developers of outstanding PC, console and mobile phone games.

Blades & Magic is a graphically opulent action RPG in 3D with up to 10 hours of gaming fun and sets new standards for mobile phone games. In the role of Bryn, a young warrior of the Grimblade clan, the player must complete numerous quests in the living world of Blades & Magic, learn powerful spells and abilities in order to use them sensibly later in battle. The fantastic story of good and evil gives the player the choice of whether to set out as a fearless fighter or powerful magician to free the land of Auronia from the demon lord Balrazhul.
