What’s New in RealFlow 10.1
A new update has been released for the simulation software from Next Limit. In addition to various bug fixes and improvements, several new features have been added. We summarize the most important features of version 10.1 here.
New Multiphysics Dyverso Solvers
The Multiphysics Dyverso solvers included since version 10 receive new viscous and viscoelastic materials. This now allows you to simulate viscous liquids such as honey, thick oil and syrup or, if you wish, even reproduce the material behavior of a steak.
Panel for Controlling Alembic Parameters
With the update, you can operate each Alembic node through its own parameter panel. Animation speed and reversed animations can now be adjusted, or an offset can be set.
Fluid Masking
This new function allows you to exclude certain parts of a fluid volume from a simulation without having to recreate the container object.

- Random factor for filters, allowing you to remove particles via a random process.

Availability & Price
RealFlow is available as a standalone application in several versions and as a plug-in for Cinema 4D. The 10.1 update initially applies only to the standalone version and is available free of charge to RealFlow 10 owners here. The node-locked license for RealFlow 10 starts at 995 euros.
