For those who don’t know the event: ICE.ART is an online conference for 3D environments, covering concept, layout, technical workflows, game levels, GIS and AEC/BIM. Organized by vrbn, it is not tied to one DCC, renderer or engine, but to overall creativity and ideas from around the various artforms.

Three Online Evenings

ICE.ART 2026.II is scheduled as an online event from 8 to 10 September 2026. The current public schedule lists each day from 5:00 to 8:30 pm CEST, which converts to 9:00 am to 12:30 pm PDT and 12:00 to 3:30 pm EDT.

The programme scope spans everything from concept art, design, layouts for game levels, technical workflows, research to client relations and project budgeting – and maybe your project, tool or revelation?

Career topics also sit on the table, including industry entry, job security, work-life balance and contract negotiations. The conference targets artists and teams working on fictional or reality-based 3D worlds across all the departments and disciplines.
