Cinec is a multi-video encoder from Cinemartin and is suitable for Windows XP and later. H.264, DNxHD, ProRes and XDCAM formats are available for conversion or transcoding, including 4:4:4 10-bit. It is said to support PAL, NTSC, HD, 1080i, 1080p, 2K and 4K.
The tool is also said to be suitable for small editing jobs and able to change the speed of the material. It cannot do very much, but it is free and may be a free bargain for small conversion tasks.
